What happens if I leave state with no travel permit being on probation?

I want to see my sister for the weekend. I plan on coming back. Would have obtained a travel permit but this was a sudden thing. I just want to know what is the worse that could happen to me if I get caught. Will the other state arrest me or will they just notify my probation officer? What happens if I leave state with no travel permit being on probation? It is a violation of probation, but your PO probably wont know. I have never violated someone due to a travel permit. Now, I did have someone stuck at the Mexican border before because they did not have a travel permit. I only found out because a family member called me. But if you do get caught- Trudy is right- it's up to the judge. What happens if I leave state with no travel permit being on probation?
If done properly you would be able to have this weekend visit without any problems. As long as you have no tracking device like a house arrest bracelet attached to a GPS then how would your PO know. Just make the visit and don't get into any trouble your PO would be none the wiser. Just report as usual and don't mention the trip. What happens if I leave state with no travel permit being on probation? You could probably go back and forth and no one would know...but you have to ask yourself, is it worth going to prison over? You could get into an auto accident or something of that nature where they run your name.

Nothing personal, but I would violate one of my parolees for leaving the state without a travel permit. What happens if I leave state with no travel permit being on probation?
Nothing will happen to you, unless of course you get caught and then it will be a violation of your probation. It will be up to whatever judge you face, if caught, whether or not you go to jailWhat happens if I leave state with no travel permit being on probation? They will notify your PO and when you return, you will be arrested.
