Where can i travel in europe using my provisional driving license?

I have been told i can travel to places in the EU with my provisional driving license, but no passport. Is this true? And where?Where can i travel in europe using my provisional driving license? No, it is NOT a valid piece of indentification. Only a Passport or a national Identity Card will suffice.Where can i travel in europe using my provisional driving license?Nowhere. If you are from europe..you can travel around with your european id (as long as you stay in the EU)...but I am guessing that you are not. Therefore you need your passport.

Even if there was a country you could do that in..you still need your passport to leave the country.
