How important do you think travel is?

I'm not talking touristy travel, but like actually going to another region or country and learning about their culture and customs and things. I think it is very important in a globalized world like the one we live in, plus it's just downright interesting. I'm sixteen and have been to six countries, including the America (where I live), and have been to several states in the U.S. In different regions. During and after college I really want to travel a lot to different parts of the world. You get a great perception about what is going on......



So, as you can guess, I think it is very very important.How important do you think travel is?It's a big world we live in and I think it is a waste if you don't experience as much of it as you can. Obviously this is dependent on your means and whether you can afford to do so!



I love traveling to new places and learning about the people and their cultures, food, language etc



I am fortunate to have traveled a bit, not as much as I would like but I'm working on changing that in the next few years as we want to see so much more.



I was born in Scotland, so have traveled around the UK, I've been to Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, I've traveled the west coast of America, Thailand. There are so many more place on my list, Australia is top of my list and then the East Coast of America and South America, may also start visiting some more of the Eastern European countries as well.



If you can do it, then take every opportunity to get away and experience life!
