What other jobs are in the travel industry?

I'm 17 studying at college but want to work in the travel industry next year, the only thing is I've heard that travel agents get payed a really low wage and the job is really demanding. Is there anything else, or a compnay that will pay a half decent wage? Thankyou!What other jobs are in the travel industry?Check out cruise lines you can actually work on the boat and travel. Would be a fun job for awhile at least. Travel agent is a dying job, used to get great perks but with the INTERNET those are all gone.
