How many free spaces do you need in your passport to travel?

My united states passport is almost full of cancellations in the visa section. It has 4 spots for cancellations that are not contiguous. I will be traveling to 2 countries in less than two weeks, do i need more pages? Some countries will make a big deal out of stamping you in and out of the country and will require enough space in your passport to attach embarkation/disembarkation cards and stamp your entry and exit.



Others won't stamp your passport at all unless you ask for them to do so.



I recommend getting expedited service to add additional pages to your passport. The adding of the pages is free, but the expedited service is $60.

Your timing is close enough to use the in-person services at passport offices around the country if you are close to one. It really doesn't matter, unless you care so much and love those stamps, then you should add more pages! But really, it doesn't matter as long as your passport is valid then it's all good.
