Is there a computer program that coordinates travel routes to save time and gas without using a gpos?

I need to schedule and coordinate five or more addresses to a real state agent to show homes on a daily basis, Is there any way I pre-arrange his travel route coordinating time, distance between one address and another? This needs to be pre-arranged so the use of GPS is not helpful.Is there a computer program that coordinates travel routes to save time and gas without using a gpos?Not sure, but I've heard UPS takes longer routes that include more right turns because you do less idling then if you were to wait and make a left. You get there faster or waste less gas.
