What Options do I have to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

I wish to travel to Abu Dhabi while I stay in Dubai. I need to know if and what options I have to travel between the 2 cities. I do not wish to fly between the 2! Thank you for the info. I know you don't want to fly, but how are you arriving to AD, you can just add a connecting flight to Dubai , the flying time is less than 15 minutes for a boeing and a little more for smaller aircarfts. Dubai airport is in the middle of the city.

Do not worry, UAE is a very safe place for women. Flying is an option that's out, the 2 places are only 150 km away from each other. The best and commonly used option is to drive. If you do not have a license or new to the place, take any registered taxi. It will take + or -an hour and half depending on where you are travelling from.
