How do I travel with my 8 month old on grayhound?

Greyhound is not my first choice with an infant, but the only one I can afford. How can I safely travel from Fort Worth TX to Nashville TN with my little girl. I thought about taking her seat but I could not find the straps I would need to attach it. I also thought about a front carrier but it is a 17 hour trip and I don鈥檛 think that she or I could sit in one position that long. Does any one have any suggestions?
